I would like to recommend @oofcat's World Symphony Mediator! There are only 3 chapters right now, but it's a LitRPG BL that I think might fit what you're looking for!

I would also recommend my own story (VRMMO BL with a genderqueer tilt), but somehow I feel like might be too dark for what you're looking for. xD

It's less sword-fantasy and more manipulating-destiny-fantasy. It's also a slow-burn romance with a carefree but insecure protagonist. The familial love lathers thick here too.
