Full Relative Clause or Reduced Relative Clause?

which way do you write:

full relative clause
1. Everyone who is living in this village suffers from insomnia.
or if you speak the wrong version of english american english
1.1 Everyone that is living in this village suffers from insomnia.

vs

reduced relative clause
2. Everyone living in this village suffers from insomnia.

2 looks neater but I write 1.2 because me bad with word-things

I personally prefer reduced. It rolls of the tongue better, and I feel like the full relative clause is just unnecessary in most cases.

I am American but was raised and taught British English for writing using an Oxford dictionary so I use a blend of American and British English as some American spelling words (airplane, meter, etc.) make more sense while some British spelling words (spectre, colour, etc.) make more sense. That said, most writers prefer the reduced relative clause compared to the full relative clause as it reduces redundancy and redundant words, such as "that" and "who is" as you showed.
