So a week ago we talked about the benefits and downfall of writing long for short form stories as a writer:
Question: Do you prefer to write long or short stories? If you've tried both, then what did you learn from one that you still apply to the other?
For me writing long stories, having to tell a completed tale in under 5k words made me becomes a lot more concise with the words I use. I thought I was doing that before but writing short stories has leveled me up in that sense.
