Um...isn't Profile Activity the activity on your own profile?
While Activity is your activity elsewhere on SH?


I could be wrong with that, though.

Activity is the stuff you post as comments in a story

Profile Activity is the comments you leave on anyone's profile, including your own

It looks like you disabled your profile activity via your settings
