[No Romance] tag

I would like a no romance tag to be included. I feel this is necessary because oftentimes, an author will not set romance as a genre even if there is romance in the novel, reasoning that romance is not a major plot focus.

If this feature is implemented, I propose the definition be: "No main characters participate in lasting romance."
