I think it would be nice if there are other tip options the author can put on their profile besides patreon and paypal that way there's an array of platforms they can choose from besides those two. Also I know some translators that already have ko-fi so inputting that would be a plus for them (those that decide to write on scribble hub that is).

Sure, ko-fi as a donation option has been added. If you have a ko-fi account, you can add it via https://www.scribblehub.com/account/ -> "Author" tab
