It's just funny to me how long fictions on RR with those types of cover have been allowed even though apparently they've been getting stricter the past few "months."Nah it's not hypocrisy: He said they changed the policy / the harshness of filtering. It's logical that the new submissions are the first ones to be fitted to the new policy.
It doesn't mean they gonna spend resources into sifting all the billions old fictions, but if you send them old covers that no longer fit their standards to remove, you're actually helping their work for free
Yeah, I'm not seeing what's so sexual about the cover. Unless women can't have a big rack anymore. It's just funny to me how long fictions on RR with those types of cover have been allowed even though apparently they've been getting stricter the past few "months."
Like okay, maybe not every single last fiction uploaded on the site, but surely a few months is enough time to spot the really popular works that have been deemed to posses "sexual covers."
Either way I can't stop laughing at what's happening, lol.
WEBNOVEL!
I'm laughing all by myself like an idiot. I love you guys....Like i said, there are 2 choices for writing sites
I love me too.I'm laughing all by myself like an idiot. I love you guys.
So hyped about Webnovel. Maybe I should sign the sla---contract after all?WEBNOVEL!
Yeah it's a little ridiculous and seems that conventionally attractive woman or woman-like portrayal is enough.Yeah, I'm not seeing what's so sexual about the cover. Unless women can't have a big rack anymore.
I smell a ban, baby

You’d better watch out
I smell a ban
Surprisingly the ban hammer was not enacted.Prepare for a ban.
Hey that'd crazy me tooI love me too.
Hmmmmmmmmmm...............Hello! I am an author that goes by the name of Mikan Citrus. I have been writing for years now and recently decided that I am finally ready to publish my works online. I am new to Scribble Hub, and currently this is one of the only websites that I am posting my work on (the complete version of my debut novel is on Amazon, so perhaps you might be interested in that).
However, I have also attempted to post my work on the totalitarian regime of a website known as Royal Road—I was looking through the Scribble Hub forums and saw someone call it “literally 1984,” which got a laugh out of me. As the title of the thread states, I was rejected for the reason that my work has a “sexual cover,” even though that is not at all the case. What I found even more baffling was that there were other fictions on RR with “sexual” covers that have been approved and allowed to be posted for anyone to see.
Arisaka: Celestial Violet (Scribble Hub link to my novel)
I would provide specific examples of those “sexual” covers I discovered that were allowed on RR, but I’m not sure if I am allowed to post links to that website, especially if they are the works of other authors. What I am wondering is if I should continue to communicate with the mods at RR to make my case, as I would like to get my writing out to as many people as I possibly can, and perhaps even post about my situation at the forums over there? Please let me know what you think, helpful feedback would be appreciated.

The skirt isn't necessarily short. It might be but it goes past the bottom of the frame of the image without ending meaning it at least comes down halfway down her thighs at a minimum. Now if we were to infer it looks like a pencil skirt so chances are it goes down to at least above the knees. As for big breasts why is it problematic for kids? Should be remove teachers with big breasts from schools because it could harm the kids? So coverage isn't a concern. Maybe it's tightness, but we don't force curvy women to wear baggy clothes to hide their curves like we are in the victorian era.Hmmmmmmmmmm...............
First, i say it, i am in support with you, that they are wrong.
Its just that, despite the bullshit answer of the moderator. I kinda understand what they tried to do.
That the big BADONKERS and short skirt, is kinda sexy. And could be problematic to show to kids.
But AGAIN, we are 2024. And right now, there is free porn EVERY FKING EVERYWHERE.
So their reply is similar to a quite overlymegaly prude, like a grandma of 90years old from ww2.
And with vague memories of complaints about RR.
I can say that "their slow demise" is kinda warranted if they don't follow "the times".

Agreeing with everything you saidThe skirt isn't necessarily short. Now if we were to infer it looks like a pencil skirt so chances are it goes down to at least above the knees. As for big breasts why is it problematic for kids? It's not even about porn being freely available it's about it actually being acceptable professional outfit in most businesses.
I asked my grandma (She was born in 1914). She wasn't offended. She did comment she would be cold though.Agreeing with everything you said
That is why i said the mod is like a very prude person like a grandma from ww2
Yeah, I've heard that a lot of the people over at RR are really harsh and stuck up, very pretentious.Ah! I've tried Royal Road before with some of my work.
The comments were not kind to me
So pure. The moderator’s response (this made me laugh so much)
