Looking for Artist Requesting for Cover Art for My Story (A.I. is okay)

I'm a noob in using AI to generate cover arts. Most of my results are subpar, so I'm really requesting help to anyone here that can make a cover art for my story.

What I want is a cover of a young man with blue hair, a sharp face, blue eyes, wearing black stylish acolyte robe, and standing with an academy with spiraling towers on the background. It is kind of like the one I use on my signature right now.
If possible, I want it in similar style to this, maybe a bit more anime-ish is fine but not too much:

I like the two bottom right of these two, especially the bottom one.
But because some that you generate have people in acolyte robes behind him, it got me thinking to add people on the background as well. Is it possible?
