Writing Prompt Rom com harem with narcissistic protagonist

This is an idea I've been having in my head for a while now. This prompt is a standard jp harem romantic comedy, however with a twist. The mc is a complete narcissist. The girls try in vain to get the attention of the mc but he only loves himself. This narcissism can be comedic or the result of trauma (your choice)

For this prompt write a conversation/argument between the mc and the harem, this can be through any characters perspective. No word limit however it would be appreciated if there is multiple different dialouges. Can't wait to see what you wrote
