Sounds like you learned a really good lesson: never role play too close to the sun. You identified too strongly with a non-living character. Now that you’re older you can touch grass and focus on mindfulness.

Touching grass is overrated, me gon rot in my own mind.

For serious tho, I think I would like to, still, feel the hearts of my character, not as a roleplayer, but as a writer, cry and laugh with each and every of them is what nice.
