Is it okay to add tags in a story that spoils the twist in the later chapters? More tags mean more exposure, but I want to keep the readers to guess what's going to happen next.

You can write in your synopsis that you will add tags as you go.
Also, while you are free to do that, most readers are too lazy to think.

Just add enough tags so that the 'spoiler tag' gets drowned out completely. XD
