Steampunk tag please

I was reading a story where the MC had a dapper cane, a top hat and a stylish suit. Everyone rode around on trains and acted very polite. I was about to comment "Why doesn't this story have a steampunk tag?" but went to see if that was a valid tag. Much to my surprise it appears there is no steampunk tag. Could we get a steampunk tag?
