Anyone here ever watched/read the Highlander series?

Been watching a bit here and there as my mother watches the entire tv series and I've kinda been enjoying it despite some of the terrible 80s tv writing

And so I'm just curious of others opinions?

The Highlander was actually one of my favorite set of movies when I had seen the meme online about "there can only be one" although now the sword fights might look cheesy, I always enjoyed it. The campiness is part of the fun.

I honestly thought that song was written just for the show it fits so well
oh wait i just looked it up and it was now I get to correct my mother for her wrong info that's always fun

That's terrible 90's writing. Only the first movie was in the 80's.

One of my faves. Still a Methos fangirl.

Keep an eye out for all the musicians making cameos as immortals.

Why? It's nostalgic and fun and not nearly as bad as some of the crap they're putting on TV today

And i haven't watched the X-Files in over 15 years and don't see how it's relevant or would be a bad thing even if I did
