Titles for Reading/Commenting/Following

What do you guys think of story-based titles? Think subscriber tiers in twitch, something that only appears when you're in said channel (or story in this context). So, as an example, as a writer, I get to choose a title that all my followers get. When these followers comment on one of my stories, they will have a little icon and a title next to their name or something. I think this would encourage a more interactive readerbase. For the website, this means higher avg visit duration and overall just better metrics. For the writers this means more engagement with their readers which means more views and in the long term more patrons.

Also, I think that there should be more ways for writers to interact with their followers, but I'm blanking out. You guys comment on what you think would be great features to implement (or even better, make your own threads).
