Uploaded, but not uploaded?

I noticed this thanks to the comments on the newest chapter. I'm not exactly sure what happened here, but a particular chapter seemed to have been skipped in the scheduled uploads? It's displaying as uploaded, but I think it didn't actually stay uploaded. Even though it says it's there in my Table of Contents (Ep 30), it's actually not.

I just went into Ep 30 and pressed "Update" without actually making any edits, and it's displaying fine now.
