Brits cannot be tolkien elves, because he created the elves as an allegory for perfect Christians. The Anglican church is an abomination and completely heretical to the one true faith, the Roman Catholic church, which Tolkien was a devote believer in. If anything they are like the orcs, who are corrupted elves in the tolken lore.
