Appearance: Hverf is a tiefling with a pale skin with a lot of freckles, blue eyes, and goat-like horns and tail.
Background: Hverf was raised with humans. Until recently he never saw another tiefling except his mother, Nal, who disappeared when Hverf was 5 or 6. If her good acquaintance, traveling bard Brodi didn't take him, as apprentice, he would definitely starve to death or end up in a thieves guild. Still, he has nimble fingers and can occasionally "mix up" his own money bag with somebody else's, when it's the time to pay in a tavern, and his own lacks a single copper. Recently he went with his master to the City of Sigil in Outer Planes. It were only short 3 days, but now he is full of uncertainty. He have seen so many tieflings there... But who ever heard about a tiefling with blue eyes? Also, who heard about a tiefling, who can fully retract their horns and tail, and appear as a full-fledged human (yes, its costs him dearly to do so... also, his hair, for some reason, changes its color to ginger)? Not with some cheap illusion spell, but genuinely. So, he mixed up some strong liquor to his master's beer, and expertly steered Brodi's drunken rumblings in the direction of his mother. Brodi confessed, that Nal once told Brodi, that she has found Hverf in some dark alleyway of the Sigil, when she was only 15, and never was with a man in her life. There was some mysterious amulet with the baby, that only informed her through telepathic message, that baby's name is Hverf, when she touched it, and immediately disappeared. She fled the Sigil soon after, for some reasons, she never told Brodi clearly. So, who ever heard about the name "Hverf" among tieflings? Now Hverf questions, if he is even really a tiefling. On the other hand, how can he be even more talented with all tiefling stuff, then the majority of tieflings? So, Hverf has run away from his master to be able to pursue the mystery of his origin.
