I just read what people write when they want to write. If I like a series or story I keep looking for more, if I don't I move on.

It started out good but then I got lost when I couldn't tell who was saying what.

It's an interesting character for sure, I got swept up in the main character's life, but I also felt like the main character's life was hollow. It was hard to stay interested. Maybe it's too early in the story and the main plot hasn't been seen yet?

Lizbeth was the only character we really get to know of the two, Sachi was only kind of weird redshirt (star trek reference) throw in to be killed off. A flat and lifeless character. Lizbeth isn't much better, but at least we see her in later chapters still pining for Gary Stu.
