The problem with that is, I verified the bots have only been taking my novel from ScribbleHub. The other sites the novel's posted on haven't been effected. I'll probably end up posting less and less here and only come back to see all your wonderful faces. Unless of course readers start messaging...
I was thinking the same thing. Lol. Literally, I noticed one of the sites, the chapters were all out of place because I had to re-order them here. It looks funny when you read it
Absolutely true. Since it's their market, the translation's likely off by a large margin. Unless they genuinely just...
Alright... so, I decided to do some digging around and found this forum post. To those whom have already read—and replied to—it, it discusses suspicious sites ran by bots that plagiarize our novels.
Now, I won't link their site nor go into too much detail; but, I did do some slight research...

It's not every day I get asked a question regarding literature. This being my first, I couldn't help but make it feel special!

Someone recently tried pointing...
I noticed a lot of these sites run like that. The statistics claim that people are reading, and some even plan to read. Much like YouTube videos, someone could generate millions of views on one video but only average a few thousand to ten thousand comments. Not calling bull on it after a certain...
Turns out the person not only deleted their comment but also apologized. Now, I won't say he hasn't likely dropped my novel but to know he took back his comment does make feel like there are those who aren't truly hate-filled.
What I read from you, though, now that made me laugh.
