I was too deep in brain fog and sheer exhaustion to feel much of anything.

You guys only feel like you were having an identity crisis when you has your first kid?

I haven't had more than one.

I've had a lot of identity crises, just not one recently in many years, so it's a little bit like going over the top of a roller coaster and feeling all the anxiety ahead...

isn't that common with any major change in life? I'd imagine having a kid counts as one
