if you can point out where perspective shortening is happening then you can attempt the sitting poses

Otherwise only the standing pose, but learning from anime isn't a great reference if you want to build your anatomy foundation. It's too stylized and it will in 8/10 cases look weird if you attempt to draw new poses freestyle.
