Am I a furry or not?

Fairly recently I found and really enjoyed reading a manga call Kemono Giga, and was like: “Yeah this character design’s great. It always annoys me when authors/artists just go halfway and just give characters animal ears and tails. If it’s not human, make it not look too much like a human, even if it has human traits.” Then I was like: “Hold on, isn’t basically furry stuff?” and yes it basically is, when looking for more pirated chapters, someone on Reddit when talking about it said the author was a furry artist.
So I’m asking, am I furry? I think it’s I just like fantasy races to not be cat eared man, but also when I draw myself, I do so with four arms. I need a professional opinion.
Edit: To make my perspective a touch clearer, I’m not really attracted to anthropomorphic people.

Some light reading. Maybe it'll help you answer the question yourself.

Very furry apparently, if your going to make something non-human, commit to it, make spider-turtle-people, not spider-turtle adjacent people. Anyways, I’m gonna read the wikis now.

I mean, is there a problem with being a furry? Also, I think the biggest question is, would someone wearing a fursuit(or you yourself wearing one) get you hot and bothered? Are you gonna spend thousands of dollars creating your own fursuit and design your own alternate identity and personality? I don't think liking furry art, that's not even nsfw, makes you a furry. Sometimes having fantasy races more on the monster side than the human side are cool, and it sucks that it's a bit rarer, at least I haven't seen that much of it, though it's usually pretty cool.

Well, that's my thoughts at least, I never bothered to really see what line to cross to be considered a furry, seeing as I'd probably be called one anyway kek

I just want to know, no problems.
Edit: And yeah I just like non-humans to be not as human.

Meh, only if you wanna bang them.

I read a book about a golem on RR mainly because it wasn't just another human. Same with books about a kobold and a mimic.

It's just nice to read about non-human looking and acting characters at times.

Tbh, I feel all the dungeon core novels that give the mc a humanoid body a cop out.

If you're asking that then maybe you are
Can confirm, this is true
Also, just...don't care? Like, furry is a huge spectrum. Some call cat girls furry, some don't say you are furry till you fab to a slowpoke

Ok, I just want to know, nothing really positive or negative about it, I tried to think of a specific reason why for a few minutes, but nothing came to me.
Edit: Actually, I think I said posted this thread for two reasons: One. I want to know.
Two. I like discussing stuff.

If you're aroused by characters that look more animal than human then yes. You're a furry.

If you just like a characters design for being cool, unique or something else you're save.

Being a furry doesn't require any sort of sexual desires. It's a fandom, not a porn genre. Amittedly it tends to be a very horny fandom, but horniness isn't the main driving force

Due to the many insights given, the consensus seems to be no, but maybe yes depending on your definitions.

Depends on how you feel about yourself. Don’t let others try to decide for you. Take into consideration what everyone said, and use it to make your own decision. But most importantly, be proud of who you are. You are unique in this world, and probably this universe, and no one can take that away from you.

“If someone gives you shit about yourself, feel free to pay them back a thousandfold.”
