Resolved Books (series) Not Showing Publically.

I required some assistance with an issue I have been facing on the website, I would be glad if someone could clarify.

Two of my uploaded series are not appearing on the website, neither do they add to my profile. Although it hadn't been long since I have uploaded them, it has been long enough to be concerned.

Could someone tell me the probable reason?

Stories need to be manually approved, it can take a bit if there is a que built up.
