Resolved Bug report: Rising

From what I can tell, there seems to be a bug in the rising list that causes consequently issues with the main trending page. Apparently, my story and another one seems to continuously switch places back and forth within the matter of minutes, which it supposed to happen I think.

I can't tell if this problem concerns other stories as well.

Unlikely, unless the system updates every minute, which I doubt.

What's the time on this? Rising has always been volatile in the first one to two hours right after daily reset.

It goes on since the entire day. Not the two hours after the reset.

They probably got the same "rising score," so when the algorithm gets the list, either one can come first.
