Please, guys, help me and my bloody hopeless memory. How is that paper called that a person signs for another person as an official permission to use the money from their bank account?

Power of Attorney? (I think)
Or are you talking about a Conservatorship?

Not conservatorship, I think. As far as I can understand from the information given on a Wikipedia page about power of attorney, it's not exactly what I'm looking for... But I acknowledge a chance that I'm just too bad at law terms.

Are you talking about adding an authorized user? I think it depends on the bank what they call the form.

You could also open a joint account.
