Hm... It would be a strange game, I think? It's a romance but it's set in a fantasy world, so I guess the romance would become a background/overarching plot if it was a game and the main game would have to focus on all the bits that I skimmed over.
So... A fantasy exploration game?
I feel like the first half, in human society, would be a lot of time-based and stressful social missions where the game gets progressively harder the more often that you fail. Side quests would probably rely on hiding from characters while you work as well.
And the second half would be a really peaceful game where you don't have to hide or sneak or have anywhere blocked off. It would focus on completing side quests to advance the game towards a particular type of ending, like gardening minigames and the like, and just learning more about the setting and its characters.
