im getting sick of refreshing the page on my novels stats page like a lecher staring through windows. I'd rather a robot do it for me. Is there an api somewhere I could use?

You might be able to write your own page that puts your novel stat page in an iframe or similar, and then use JS to refresh the SH bit every so often.

I don't THINK this is against site policy but I'd double check to be sure. If you're confident enough to use an API, you're competent enough to code your own workaround.

Probably not for author or novel stats.

If it weren't for cloudflare or something, OP could probably just scrape it with wget or something.
