2). Is there a limit to how many characters can be in a chapter? (Words/letters)

3). Is there a limit on how many stories you can publish?

You can probably schedule as many as you want.

I'd guess 1,500,000 characters.

Depends on how many chapters you have ready for scheduling, and usually, people only do it by a few chapters per week at most
