So I had this idea in mind when I remember the crafting system in Overgeared. The item's name do affect the properties to some extent.
Now I'm wondering if the MC's ability is making something super-powerful depending on how well they named things. The better the name and how it fits the item, the more busted would it be.
I'd prefer if there's not much emphasis on crafting, but more on the naming side. So basically the MC could just pick some random rusty sword and after they made up some overarching epic backstory about it, the name was born, turning it into a legendary sword or something--you get the idea.
