If you drain off enough whey, you can turn regular yogurt into Greek yogurt.

Make a Lassi- 1 cup yogurt/ 1 cup milk/1 cup fruit. Blend til smooth. I like to use frozen mango puree.

You can add it to certain cakes for moister. Like mayonnaise, but less nasty. Chocolate cake is a good choice.
