Yeah, because the rest of the countries exist outside the space-time continuum, stuck in a time loop in the past...

Is it really Time-Loop effects due to delayed technology, or it's simply just another local political move that only transferred into another country via UN ?

Most people in the world is already reachable by plane or ship, and they can use the Internet and a frickin smartphone and LCD TV's, the pinnacle of technology, to see the news.

I have no idea what you mean. I wrote a snark about how you called the countries where the LGBTQ+ community was supposedly dominant "modern". If you interpreted it however else you are way caught up in your thoughts and don't listen enough
