How do you guys organize your character sheets? Do you have an app or just list things down in Notepad/Word if you want to keep track of things. I think that this is really helpful for those who intend to have many characters and long stories, and while I'm using Notepad and Word for now, I am looking for some recommendations if you have suggestions.

Try using physical mediums, like notebooks and stuff. You could even relegate pages or even individual books for certain stories or regions.

I haven’t really used it but Milanote seems good for this. It’s pretty structured but you can make your own style for your story by just choosing a blank template.

I write in Google Docs, basically all on one document, so I use Headings so that I can quickly navigate to the character name heading and their associated character info. Word has a similar heading feature.
