Polls for Profile Pages

I want polls to be added to the profile page. Polls that isn't focused on one series that I write, but my profile as a whole. Like "Is this profile pic good?" or "Which series should I focus on first?".

I've prepared a demonstration on what it should look like:

I want to communicate and interact with my followers more, and I believe that adding polls to profile pages can help with that.
