Time For Fiction To Post?

I just found the site and decided to add one of my novels; I was just wondering how long it normally takes for a fiction to be approved?

I think there isn't a general rule of thumb. I had some that were approved shortly after posting them and some others needed a few hours.

Hmm, depends. If you're lucky it can approve in minutes.
Or else you have to wait for two hours or more.
Basically, whenever any mod is online, (which is probably only Tony for now).

Well, it seems like your novel is up now. But in case anyone else is wondering, a new title needs to be approved first. This approval process is done manually. So it can take up to 24 hours to approve, though that would be rare. You would usually be approved around 12 hours or less. Once approved, your story page, as well as the chapters you posted together under the new title, will be displayed at the same time, though only the last chapter will show up in the story update list.

This also means that if your title is just the title page with no chapters attached, it will never be approved. You need to have at least one chapter posted before it can be read and approved. Don't want baby porn now, do we?
