What does LitRPG mean?

It's my first time here.

The genre system in ScribHub is simple and neat. Unfortunately I does not know what Lit RPG mean.
Is it Light RPG? a RPG story that is light? Is it a RPG that is Lit af? I am confused. Can someone help me understand this genre?

Imagine if you're playing an RPG and someone made a transcript of everything you've done, made and said throughout your campaign. That's a bare bones idea of what a LITRPG is.

Generally it means that it's set in a world that has rpg-esque elements. That could be stats, skills, titles, classes, or anything like that.
