The butterfly scene from I think Arc 4 of Umineko,

A witch transforms the character into a butterfly and then watches as she gets caught in a spider web and the spider come on down and eats her. Poor woman is completely helpless and hopeless while it happens.

Saya no Uta.

Not because of the gore but because I found myself agreeing with the protag.

Id be disturbed too if I agreed with mister 'push my best friend down a well because meat vision'.
