Hmm not sure if it is to the level of phobia, but crawling through tight tunnels makes me very uncomfortable like tight enough to where I can't turn around. Specifically having to crawl though them though. Tight spaces themselves don't bother me. Like locking me in a closet doesn't do anything.

My grandpa has Alzheimers and he has forgotten about everything about his family , his education and his job I don't want to be like that . I was very close to him in the past but now he doesn't even remember my name.

I wanted to make a joke but that's sad and I can relate. I watched all my grandparents deteriorate with dementia before they became wrecks and died without being able to take care of themselves at all. So I get you.
