Why is there a dropped option?

This one is actually really easy.
It's the number of people with the series on a reading list labeled as "dropped."
As for readers, it's the number of people with the book on a reading list.

By definition, those overlap.

Oh no, I meant more like idk how complicated it would be for Tony to tweak the coding of this feature.

From my perspective, it looks simple enough to change some definitions in the coding just to exclude 'dropped' from the total readers count. Or if people are upset about it enough (idc either way personally), make the amount of 'dropped' unavailable as a viewable stat. But I'm not in coding so what do I know right?
