I can't replicate this bug.

Can you share your browser and device? As well as any plugins you might be using? And do you have Javascript enabled?

Also, did the page load fully or was this screenshot taken while it was still loading?

Apologies for lack of replies, assumed scribble did the same thing as NU in that forum replies show up on the main site. But they apparently don't.
