Premise: Scott is having an argument with his colleague Jin Yamada, questioning why he hates beastmen and demihumans so much. Jin reveals that when he was a preteen, he picked a fight against five dog beastmen with a pocket knife, in order to protect a Grey Wolf kemonomimi that was being bullied and got his ass beat for his troubles. He blames the Grey Wolf girl, refusing to take responsibility for his actions. Scott tells him that for an animal expert, it was pretty stupid of him to pick a fight against five dog beastmen.
