I am from the southern United States and do have a natural accent that I hide due to being in the Midwest. However, I love it and find it to be very nostalgically enjoyable.

I speak the southern drawl and let me just say, it's alright. Though I have trouble trying to actually write the accent down since I usually write using proper english, and I live around so many other country folk that the southern accent sounds proper to me.

I don't know why but I feel like people from Boston sound angry. Which is silly.

Anyway, I love Southern accents, one of my current stories takes place in the Deep South!

That’s because they are angry. They’re angry that the pats suck now
