If there were signs of fire where by logic it shouldn't be there, the person in charge of the place will have to put it out.
Or subsequently, take a rolled up newspaper, lit it with said fire and throw it into the management's office.

I do want to throw it in the management's office.
And it's small enough that management can take care of it, just a burning mattress that was probably lit on fire as a prank. Apart from the whole floor being filled with smoke, I am safe.
