I've already got an idea for 3chapters, but my hand just doesn't seem to want to type, and if i do it just doesn't produce anything meaningful T.T what is thiss.
What does one do if they are in this state

hmm, dont think about it, You have probably burned out. just chill out and do stuff different from writing. It is more probable to burn out if you feel obligated to write instead of spontanious

It happens. My personal fluctuations have gone from two chapters in a day to being dead for a year (if not counting extreme outliers then it really does fall cloder to 1/day and 1/week, but I took a november to force myself to be more prolific in my writing.)

but yes burnout is real, and you need to manage it in whatever style works for you

Masturbate
Hey Sailus, it is a good advice but what will the girlfriend/boyfriend say? They will be very upset for being left aside So i want to extend the advice to masturbate or copulate or drink some fine wine preferably Bulgarian one

Just write the next word, the next sentence, the next paragraph. The only cure for writer's block is doing the work. I hope you get better soon, and finish your project.

Happy writing!

There was a book on creativity that talks about how alot of creative people fail because they wait for inspiration to come to them, or to hit them. But it said, that's not how these things work. You start doing, and the process tends to start itself.

The only time you don't write is when you're in a mood, or you're distracted with other stuff and can't write. Or because you're going to abort what you were writing anyway.

Get a paper notebook and pencil or pen. Take them to bed with you. If you can't write, sleep.

My honest feedback is just write through the block. Even if what you're writing is complete dogwater that is unevocative, hollow, and devoid of emotion and meaning, it will still take you from point A to point B and get your writing juices flowing. You're not writing for the penguin publishing company so just chill. As long as your attitude is to write more to learn more, these occurrences will become less and less frequent.

Well...

I don't do this very often, but I've done it.

Let's swap.

I'm having some issues with the next few chapters myself. I'm usually way ahead and I let the story linger way too long. So here. You give me my story, you give me yours. I'll write one chapter, you write one for me, then we switch back and take it from there.
