I'm willing to give this another go. I was a part of Arant Chronicles for a while, and would be curious to try again. I could also help with organizing to an extent if you need... but I will not take up the role of primary organizer. That's on you.

Discord:
Set up channel specifically for challenge guidelines. Pin it and make that channel only modifiable by you or the mods.
- Date Start to Date End
- How Pair Up Works
- What's Allowed What's Not Allowed.

Set up server rules specifically for your discord server. Pin it. Once again, only this channel only modifiable by you or the mods.
- Agree not to be racist, discriminatory, sexist, etc. etc. Respect others' beliefs. Yada, yada. Many servers they have something like this.
- Define how many warnings before a kick and a ban.

You already have a bot. Put it to good use for the pairing channel. When two writers are paired on subject, have bot clarify that in that channel.

Scribble Hub Forum:
Make a thread specifically stating and clarifying what the rules and guidelines of the challenge are. This should be the OP part of thread so it doesn't get lost by the following succession of comments.

Instead of replying with (; _ ;), you can google how discord works to make your challenge neater like adding markup to your Guidelines/Server Policies. If you're going to ask other people to help you, specify what the questions are. But know some part of the challenge you have to take the lead and clarified it for others who wish to participate in your challenge.

Right now its confusing.
- What are the rules.
- When does it begin. When does it end.
- Who's already been paired and who isn't.

It seems like something interesting has happened in there. Hope it isn't crashing down like Icarus, might send someone so I can see the circus unfold
