Every country has its own breakfast (except for England...you can't call that breakfast...). So what's your favorite breakfast? Mine is Irish-coffee with a cigarette.

Hummus and carrots, but that's more because I have gestational diabetes and can't pig out on anything with too many carbs.

Southwestern Omelette drenched in whatever hot sauce I have available. (usually Tapatio or Valencia) and hashbrowns with jalapeno peppers cooked and mixed in.

Anything could be my breakfast, as long as its food.
But mostly, i eat toast and avocado + eggs. Thats so good.

Breakfast for my country is usually this, it called Mangu and it’s mashed plantains and it’s paired with a variety of things like eggs, onions, fried cheese and or fried salami.

Blueberry pancakes drizzled in maple syrup, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties, and a buttermilk biscuit with gravy and jam. I'm too lazy to have it all the time, so I'm content to savor it on special occasions.
