Someying like having double-multiple outline visions similar to ripples in a cup of water.
similar to below pic, but by hand drawing inatead of program features.

duplicate layer>lower opacity>move layer around > (use blur filter)

edit: filter out red, green, blue as a seperate layer each before you do the above to be fancy and a lunatic
