I don't understand this

I was looking through my user stats when I saw a complete status from my ongoing story. How the hell does this happen? Is this a glitch or something? Someone please explain this to me.

That means the reader has it in their reading list which has the setting "complete" on it.

It means a reader read all the chapters and marked it complete.

People can set their status to complete, reading, on hold, dropped or whatever
