2 circles. 1 big for face and 1 small for snout.

Small circle should be touching the tangent line of big circle. Then you connect the arcs as you see fit. And trim as much you need too.

You overwhelming yourself if you try to draw the full body as a beginner, focus on the neck, shoulder and chest first.

Try to focus on the deltoid and the collar bone first
