Good evening. Recently, I am having troubles with finding a good name for this side character and a name term for this monster species. Those names need to match the requirements and the description without being too long or too mouthful. So I would appreciate any helps or any names you guys can come up with.

** Requirements for the Names:
  1. Must use etymology word-parts / words from languages of Indigenous Origins
    • Includes Bunun (Taiwan), Thai, African (Huge variety, any language), South American (Nahuatl, etc.), Australia Aboriginal, Native American, etc.
  2. Must match with the defining traits or descriptions of given character / object
  3. NO name that sounds completely like Ambient European or Ambient Colonial Languages
    • Ex. English, German, British, or words like this "Wer" "Dwelf"
    • Gaelic is ok.
    • Etymology parts like prefixes or suffixes from any European language can be included as long it is not obvious to any Reader, in other words, once you used it you must twist the letter around to make the entire Name sound less Ambient European or etc.
      • Should only take up 1/3 or 1/4 of the Name, if used
  4. Name should not be longer than 8 characters, or the tip of your pinky finger
    • Accent Symbols are allowed
    • NO emoji / emoticon / symbols: @!#$%^&*()? allowed
    • Hyphens | - | and Apostrophes | ` | or | ' |are allowed up to maximum of 2 each
Challenging, isn't it? I may be the creator, but coming up with a good or alright name is a little tough. Who would want to name a unique slime race John when it could have a better name?

Descriptions: An ancient war god lost his counterpart mate and went mad with grief and rage. He was consumed with malice and swore vengeance against the culprits of his mate's murder. He shed tears of blood, engulfed in toxic smokes. Where the war god set his foot, his blood tears gave birth to grotesque creatures whose appearances were warped by the violence of wars. Some has the appearances of a warrior with the lower torso of a spider. Some resembled a powerful multi-horned panther beasts with four eyes and sabretooth tusks. Sometimes they walk like humans, but with fangs and claws for feet and hands.

Covered thick armors, armed with sharp claws, venomous fangs, tails and tentacles with rotating rows of teeth (like Whispering Death in HTTYD), those creatures gave hell to all inhabitants of the Mortal Realm. Those monsters would tear apart into the fleshes of their victims and drink their blood while gnawing on the corpses' intestines and genitals. Sometimes those monsters would go away into violent rut and breed more demonic offspring with any female wombs present. Some monsters would take on the appearances of any Mortal beings and would toy with their live preys before crushing their victims' last hopes.

The elder, spirits, land gods, the children, women, animals, and even babies were not spared in their murderous rampage. Plants, buildings, cities, and mountains were razed to the ground. Should the monster encounter a being whose aura carry the Peace Energy of the war god's counterpart mate. They shall seek to embrace Peace Bearer and obey the Peace Bearer's demands, and prioritize those beings' happiness over their own lives.

However, if this monster is provoked either by the scent of bloodshed and rapes, attacks or presence of any offending Challenger, or by the loss of its Peace Bearer, it will start another rampage of indiscriminate slaughter which will last for 10 years. The offender will also be tortured and eaten alive with anyone involved in the beast's provocations.

I don't think I understood every requirement nor the description. So I'm going to give you the name I thought of, and you can see for yourself if it fits or not. Name for the character Grif.

As for species name, you sure made it challenging... By making the description not descriptive. So much lore and flavor with close to zero actual info. I get it. They are bloodthirsty. What else? They are grotesque... Erm... They are bloodthirsty, and killing machines, and grotesque and rampaging, and so forth. How can anyone match the name with a description if even a quick summary doesn't describe them? Like for example: how do they look? What is their habitat? Can't you give it straight without 'fear' of spoilers and stuff like that? Like why they appeared, the concrete reason. How they look without lore flavor. Their usual behavior and instincts, and why those instincts are like that. I don't know. Perhaps it's only my problem as I'm not a native English speaker?

Character Name: Jote or Xotlapech (Means vulture). Jote is pronounced like you say Don Quijote.

Monster name: Chetu'mare. In Chilean Castillian Spanish, you can say 'conchetumare' when something scares the shit out of you, mind you it's a swear word. Like Kangaroos were named, this particular beast could be named after the expression of fear it brings in people.

  1. Literally spawned from a war god's blood tears infused with smoky miasmas; like creatures of sludges like Grime Pokémon
    • Can be found spawning in the most polluted and impoverished areas
    • Or from any corrupted species that came in contact with the Source (War God's body fluids)
  2. Born from madness, rage, and despair to hunt and destroy

  3. Either has no heads, or head-neck looks like a stub, or has faces are too mutilated to identify
  4. Wear militarized armors (think of paladin's armor) protecting its upper torso to its hind legs; no helmets

They seemed to respect and spare the does and fawns in consideration for the environment and future food sources. They like male deers. Baby animals are too small to whet their appetites or catch their attentions.

For some reasons, this species are fascinated with the sheeps' soft wools and tend to treat them like therapy pillows. Will eat them if sheeps die. The species has a mutual symbiosis with marusupial rabbits. Hunt their predators, their compeitions, and their weaklings in return for shelter and medical herbs.

Peace Bearer, a being who has the Peace Aura and the power to counter the species' creator (war god)'s Destructive Influence. Due to their creator's feral obsession with his dead mate (Peace goddess), this species regardless of types and variants will immediately move to embrace, guard, and devote themselves to Peace Bearers as full-time bodyguards. Peace Bearers are deeply treasured by this killing machine species due to their passive ability to calm the creature's destructive urge and sooth their Trauma.

However if a Peace Bearer is killed, their deaths will invite indiscriminate wars and slaughters for 50 years with countries, kingdoms, cities, villages and etc. razed to the ground.

Flag Bearer (FB), are children under the age of 13, who are extremely rare and often mistreated due to their association with this creature, which is an emblem birthmark shaped like a flag. The children do not have a choice after age 8, because they have to form a Pact with this species, which allows the children to survive for ten years on the condition that they sacrifice their body for the species' consumption or breeding rights. They are guaranteed similar protections like Peace Bearers (PBs).

The entire species came from the organic matter shed from the ancient war god, who is a male entity. So therefore, most are always born or made male. Even if there a rare female is born, she is sterile and always treated as a Male, and sometimes as bad Womb Type 1.

Fertile humanoid Wombs must be obtained via raids, wars, taxes, and hunting. Categorized in 3 types.

Type 1 - When no female humanoid present except for fertile males with high levels of hormones, those Males are taken to nests for breeding.
Eggs (Frog-Like) are implanted into the Male Womb's inside. Wombs are kept alive until larvaes hatches then proceed to release intoxicating chemical which numb the victim's nerves and give him the Xenomorph Treatment.

This description somewhat reminds me of a Chaos Spawns from a Warhammer universe. DO mind that I said remind. I'm not saying they are similar things. The translation for the spawn is отродье. However, отродье means a bit more than spawn. It carries more negative implications. For example, it shames the one who was called with this for polluting the bloodline. Yet it as well carries the meaning of degeneration, degradation. It also carries the meaning, that the offspring who was called like that is an inherently evil being. The things that are called like that as well have a mystic origin. What I mean here is the following. For example, there is a kid who was called like this. It indicates that some evil spirits made him like that while he was still in the womb.

So yeah, Otrod'ie or something like this, I'm mostly giving you the idea. You can add the god's name first and make them something like Hades's Otrod'ie or Otrod'ie of Hades. It's an example, but I hope you get the gist of it. That way, you show that they were birthed, spawned by the war god, and as he isn't a benevolent god of creation, those spawns are evil.

Good evening. Recently, I am having troubles with finding a good name for this side character and a name term for this monster species. Those names need to match the requirements and the description without being too long or too mouthful. So I would appreciate any helps or any names you guys can come up with.

    • Ex. English, German, British, or words like this "Wer" "Dwelf"

Descriptions: An ancient war god lost his counterpart mate and went mad with grief and rage. He was consumed with malice and swore vengeance against the culprits of his mate's murder. He shed tears of blood, engulfed in toxic smokes. Where the war god set his foot, his blood tears gave birth to grotesque creatures whose appearances were warped by the violence of wars. Some has the appearances of a warrior with the lower torso of a spider. Some resembled a powerful multi-horned panther beasts with four eyes and sabretooth tusks. Sometimes they walk like humans, but with fangs and claws for feet and hands.

Covered thick armors, armed with sharp claws, venomous fangs, tails and tentacles with rotating rows of teeth (like Whispering Death in HTTYD), those creatures gave hell to all inhabitants of the Mortal Realm. Those monsters would tear apart into the fleshes of their victims and drink their blood while gnawing on the corpses' intestines and genitals. Sometimes those monsters would go away into violent rut and breed more demonic offspring with any female wombs present. Some monsters would take on the appearances of any Mortal beings and would toy with their live preys before crushing their victims' last hopes.

The elder, spirits, land gods, the children, women, animals, and even babies were not spared in their murderous rampage. Plants, buildings, cities, and mountains were razed to the ground. Should the monster encounter a being whose aura carry the Peace Energy of the war god's counterpart mate. They shall seek to embrace Peace Bearer and obey the Peace Bearer's demands, and prioritize those beings' happiness over their own lives.

However, if this monster is provoked either by the scent of bloodshed and rapes, attacks or presence of any offending Challenger, or by the loss of its Peace Bearer, it will start another rampage of indiscriminate slaughter which will last for 10 years. The offender will also be tortured and eaten alive with anyone involved in the beast's provocations.

Hunting: Tend to hate and kill or consume anything live except for Peace Bearers, baby animals, and small animals of unusual preferences: does, fawns, sheep, rabbits, and very rarely, young children of mortals who are called Flag Bearers.

They seemed to respect and spare the does and fawns in consideration for the environment and future food sources. They like male deers. Baby animals are too small to whet their appetites or catch their attentions.

For some reasons, this species are fascinated with the sheeps' soft wools and tend to treat them like therapy pillows. Will eat them if sheeps die. The species has a mutual symbiosis with marusupial rabbits. Hunt their predators, their compeitions, and their weaklings in return for shelter and medical herbs.

Peace Bearer, a being who has the Peace Aura and the power to counter the species' creator (war god)'s Destructive Influence. Due to their creator's feral obsession with his dead mate (Peace goddess), this species regardless of types and variants will immediately move to embrace, guard, and devote themselves to Peace Bearers as full-time bodyguards. Peace Bearers are deeply treasured by this killing machine species due to their passive ability to calm the creature's destructive urge and sooth their Trauma.

However if a Peace Bearer is killed, their deaths will invite indiscriminate wars and slaughters for 50 years with countries, kingdoms, cities, villages and etc. razed to the ground.

Flag Bearer (FB), are children under the age of 13, who are extremely rare and often mistreated due to their association with this creature, which is an emblem birthmark shaped like a flag. The children do not have a choice after age 8, because they have to form a Pact with this species, which allows the children to survive for ten years on the condition that they sacrifice their body for the species' consumption or breeding rights. They are guaranteed similar protections like Peace Bearers (PBs).

But unlike PBs, the species may kill or consume those (FBs) at wills if angered or if conditions of Pact is void due to violations and etc.

Reproduction: Whole species is 9 Male : 1 Female.

The entire species came from the organic matter shed from the ancient war god, who is a male entity. So therefore, most are always born or made male. Even if there a rare female is born, she is sterile and always treated as a Male, and sometimes as bad Womb Type 1.

Fertile humanoid Wombs must be obtained via raids, wars, taxes, and hunting. Categorized in 3 types.

Type 1 - When no female humanoid present except for fertile males with high levels of hormones, those Males are taken to nests for breeding.
Eggs (Frog-Like) are implanted into the Male Womb's inside. Wombs are kept alive until larvaes hatches then proceed to release intoxicating chemical which numb the victim's nerves and give him the Xenomorph Treatment.

Type 2 - When female humanoid present or female FBs, Females are taken to nests for breeding. She will lay (Frog-like) eggs which will hatch as pups and wean off from their mother's for 1 week. Will be forced to give birth until Womb become sterile and get treatment similar to Type 1.

Female FBs always die after laying all eggs before being buried instead of being consumed as carrions.

Depending on food situation, the creature's Variant type and Rank, personality, attachments, Womb Type 2 will be swiftly killed and consumed by the Propagenitors. By the time Wombs are rescued by their own kins, they have already gone insane from the experiences and need to be put down right away out of mercy.

Type 3 - Only apply to male FBs and fertile humanoid Males with high level testerones, they are taken to the nests where they consume the body fluid of this species. Those Males are immediately corrupted as hosts and forced to transform into the same types of their Propagenitor / Pact partners.

Type 2 and 3 lose all their wills and sanity due to soul extraction and body takeover.

They won't touch any civilization that has been blessed or protected by other Deities (Cthulu lore not included) or anywhere that has barriers so powerful that none of the war god's spawns would dare cross. What block most of them is not a cross or rosary beads, but just blessed walls, sacred sanctuary, salts, sheep, and horned rabbits. Those creatures has good tracking senses, but not many of them has good brains because their Creator was beheaded when he was caught in his rampage. That meant you can deceive them by their own senses. The higher the intelligence and rank, the more the creatures tend to underestimate their preys.
Main weakness to take advantage: Pride
High Rankers like to fight the "Strong" but tend to ignore or squash the weaks
Watch out when taking advantage of their Greed

On the flip side, since harem stuffs, monogamy, polygamy and polyandry are also practiced in this world. So there's lots of kids and lots of kids, people, and unnecessary sacrifices. The Humon of mortal races breed like rats.

And since you said that this species could have wiped off everything in the world. Well almost everything and thst is the full extent of a War God's Wrath. It goes beyond normal fury and trickery revenge, cause He wanted the entire World to pay.

Ayde are bonded to their mates who can either boost or counter the Ayde's power.
