They lock half of the chapter starting chapter 10.
Smart Move, I say. They literally make the pirates sites called Panda Novel look better than the main website

There was an update and two huge parts of the userbase hate it. The PC and website users hate it because you can only read ten chapters until you get the attached message which tells you to download the app (to paraphrase a user in the forum: "Why am I supposed to read on a phone display when my laptop has a 27 inch monitor?") The users with little to no English skills hate it because the app does not longer have a translation feature.

A big-brain move par excellence.

Webnovel has royally fucked us, as Cornbringer said with no mercy or lube. Like things went down real bad.
First they stopped the free fast pass option
On website and then blocking chapters on the website completely like not even fanfics were spared.
Either way webnovel(website)version is done, one by one authors are gonna change their website to other ones like scribble hub(I like scribble hub a lot now).
Does any one know whether we can view full chapters through fast pass on novel section or should I do that on app version too?

I left a few years ago due to how toxic a lot of the community is. That, and it was nearly impossible for novels without a webnovel contract to get seen.
